Ni lah masakan yang aku paling sker makan.. simple but delicious ok.. sangat seronok memask makanan yang simple tapi bila makan rasa berselera sampai xhingat dah tambah sampai 3 pinggan..hehe.. Makanan kat atas tu ialah:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Ulam-ulaman = kacang botol, kacang panjang, daun pegaga, bendi dan jantung pisang rebus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;sambal udang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;singgam ikan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;budu bersama geng2 nyer ~limau nipis, tempoyak, cili padi, ikan rebus, bwg merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;ikan kering&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Sangat seronok bila mkan ramai2 anak beranak.. semua dok menambah nasi sepinggan, dua pinggan.. Kalau di bungkus terus'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='Nak bagi tahan lama karipap'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='dikhuatiri akan meruap dan basi.'/><title type='text'>Karipap Jawa</title><content type='html'>Ni resipi yang aku namakan sendiri sebab aku belajar ngn org Jawa.hihi..&lt;br /&gt;Petang tu aku dok la mengadap adunan ketupat..melipat ketupat..ops, ketupat la pulak, karipap lerr..&lt;br /&gt;antara bahan yang perlu ada dalam karipap ni&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;kulit karipap:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;1 biji telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;air panas setengah gelas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;minyak panas 2 senduk nasi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;tepung gandum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;isi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;karipap:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;ubi kentang/ubi kayu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;serbuk kari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;daun sadri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;10 biji cilipadi, klu nak pedas boleh tambah sendiri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;ikan bilis segenggam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;bawang putih 2 ulas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;bawang merah 3 ulas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;CARA MEMBUAT:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Untuk membuat isi karipap&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;1. Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih bersama ikan bilis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;2. Masukkan cili padi dan tumbuk bersama sampai separa lumat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;3. potong ubi kayu/ kentang yang telah sedia direbus dalm bentuk dadu. Gaulkan bersama 3 sudu besar serbuk kari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;4. Campurkan bahan yang ditumbuk sebentar tadi kedalam ubi yang dipotong dadu bersama serbuk kari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;5. Masukkan daun sadri yang dimayang halus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;6. masukkan garam halus 2 cubit. Gaulkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;7. Panaskan sedikit minyak, goreng bahan yang digaul sehingga naik bau. Toskan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Untuk membuat kulit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;1. Masukkan 2 cawan gandum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;2. pecahkan sebiji telur ke dalam gandum. dan kacau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;3. Masukkan minyak panas sedikit demi sedikt dan gaulkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;4. Masukkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit sambil gaul sehingga menjadi doh. Nak bagi lagi rangup letak doh ini dalam peti sejam. xnk letak pun xper klu xsabar nk makan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcccc;"&gt;So, bila dah siap kulit dan isi, bolehlah mengayam karipap. Minggu lpas, hajatku termakbul untuk pergi ke rumah kawan ni yang berketurunan Jawa. Nama pun dan Jawa, Suzliani Sulaji..hihi So, balik la aku bersama cik Su ni menumpang kawan si Fil. Thanks a lot to Fil ngn BF dia sbb bg kitorang menumpang keta Viva. Memang laju la BF dia drive. Pjalanan ke umah Su ni ambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam dari maktab. Dah sampai tu, aku ditunjukkan bilik oleh si Sue. Memang best sangat g umah dia. Kat belakang umah ada banyak pokok yang boleh dibuat masakan seperti:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;daun kucai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;daun limau purut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;pucuk ubi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;serai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;daun kunyit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;daun kari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;pokok lengkuas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;pokok cili padi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;buah kundur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;pokok buah-buah xyah cakap la...memang banyak,.. banyak lagi pokok, xingat.. memang best.. senang citer jalan sket. jumpa pokok kari, jalan sket jumpa pokok limau purut..x yah g kedai..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Kat rumah Su&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;, aku&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;belajar buat sambal belacan, masak lemak pucuk ubi kayu, karipap Jawa, sambal kicap,.. Kat sini aku sertakan resipinya:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:180%;"&gt;SAMBAL BELACAN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;cili padi merah segenggam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;belacan sebesar ibu jari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff00;"&gt;3 ulas bawang merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;1. Bawang merah di potong empat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;2. panaskan minyak, gorengkan bawang merah bersama belacan dalam seminit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;3. Toskan bahan di atas dan masukkan dalam lesung.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;4. Masukkan cilipadi dan tumbuk bersama sampai serasi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;5. Semua yang dimasak menjadi, butt, satu kuih yang x brapa nk menjadi ni kuih tahi itik,.. memang mencabarlah nak masak kuih ni..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;masalah yang dihadapi dalam memasak kuih tahi itik:&lt;br /&gt;1. Nak pecahkan telor.nk guna putih tlor. bahagian kuning telor turut sama pecah. barcampur antara kuning dan putih telor. huhu.. so? nak buat mcm mana, terpaksala ambil kedua bhgian ni skali..resipi terpksa diubah.nk buat bunga tanjung la, sbb telor kuning dah bcampur.&lt;br /&gt;2. Alamak tepung pulut dah abis... Orang luar biasanya mkan pengat ngan roti.. hmm.. mcm tu lak cara dia makan.. Lepas tu, aku balik umah dan mencuba la resipi yang telah diberi oleh si Ina ini. Ok la.. Cairkan gula melaka dengan air. Lebih kurang secawan air.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;2. Masukkan gula pasir. lebih kurang 5 sudu. bergantung kepada besar durian. klu isinya banyak, letak 5 sudu gula pasir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;3. Tapiskan gula merah bersama gula pasir bagi membuang habuk2 kasar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;4. Jerangkan semula gula merah yang ditapis tadi bersama gula pasir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;5. Masukkan santan bersama sagu dan kacau. Secubit garam. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;6. last skali masukkan durian yang di buang bijinya. Mula-mula tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah yang ditumbuk hingga lumat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;2. Bila sedikit perang, masukkan 1 sudu cili boh dan goreng sekejap lebih kurang hingga naik bau. Pastu masukkan cili sos, sos tomato, sos tiram dan kacau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;3. Semasa semua sos ni tengah sebati, masukkan fishball, cendawan, dengan sotong. dan kacau lebih kurang 2 minit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;4. Masukkan 1 cawan air. Tutup dan tunggu sampai mendidih. Masa ni boleh masukkan garam secukup rasa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;5. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan karot merah, dan last skali baru sayur hijau-sawi.Pastu, masukkan 2 biji telur dan kacau supaya kuah nampak pekat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;Sekiranya kuah nampak x pekat, masukkan sedikit kanji.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;6. Setelah selesai buat kuah untuk mi bandung ni, masukkan mi kuning yang telah di celur tadi bersama. Kacau dan ditabur daun sadri, timun batang, dan boleh juga diletakkan tomato. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;*1 sudu besar kanji dikacau dahulu bersama secawan air dan kemudian dimasukkan kedalam kuah atas kuali.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;*Bagi yang nak pedas boleh la tumbuk bawang putih ngan bawang merah bersama 3 biji cili api td.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS;color:#cccccc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
